And yeah, it is a bit of a pain!! I mean I know of the problems that have been faced on the forums with spam, but if it blocks genuine customers, that is definitely worse than having a little bit of spam (which us community moderators can deal with!).

I mean it blocked me, community moderator, loyal customer and one of the most upstanding pillars of the community! :D.

They’re at 5 now, so your e-mail was received second time. You didn’t do anything wrong but the security rules in place are a little too strict it seems. I’ve actually had it happen before myself. I’ll definitely need to get this looked into as we can’t afford to have customers having loss of access to the forums.
