It's expensive; there's no denying that. My Dad has an iPhone 4S, it's a pretty good phone - Siri is good as well (which is the voice-recognition software on the phone). People bash it as a crappy iPhone update, but their expectations are way too high perhaps being engulfed in the cultural atmosphere of technology/Apple :P.
Well yes, the expense is one thing that definitely needs to be considered. Although, in Apples defence, they tend to have expensive products that work, are ahead of their competitors, last a long time, provide excellent support etc. So I suppose that you do get what you pay for :).
Yeah, I agree, people expect to much sometimes. I think I would be rather happy with an iPhone! I'm going to investigate getting one when my contract is up for renewal :).
