Yeah I find that it can be OK but equally it can be temperamental. Hence the relatively low 2 star rating. A couple of years ago it would have got a 5 star rating easily but overall its been less than impressive recently. I hope that it does improve as Firefox was without doubt, at one time, the best browser out there but at the moment it seems to be slipping behind the likes of Safari, Chrome and dare I say it - Internet Explorer!!

Ah, good to know that you've not had issues with Chrome under OS X. I've still got it on my Mac (use it for dev testing purposes). I may give it another chance to see if the problem has rectified for me!

Firefox is okay, and I generally don't have issues using it when I do. I'm sure there's plenty of issues and even issues I've had, including the memory consumption with prior versions of Firefox; hopefully that has been improved on by now. But generally, it's a good browser and Mozilla and developers do a good job with Firefox, but there is definitely nice alternatives that do a better job in some areas, including Chrome (and by the way, I've not had the crashing issues with Chrome on Lion ;))
