DPS Computing Goes Mobile!

[adrotate banner=”45″]

Due to the increase in usage of mobile devices used to browse the Internet in general as well as this site, DPS Computing has now added mobile support to the site.  Now when you visit on any compatible mobile device (including Android, iPhone, iPad, Galaxy Tab etc) you will be taken to the mobile version of the DPS Computing website which is specially optomised for mobile devices and has decreased loading times substantially. It will be determined automatically if you are using a compatible mobile device and the correct version of the site shown accordingly.

The option still remains, if you so wish, to turn the mobile version of the site off and return to the normal desktop site and vice versa.

Unfortunately, not all features are available on the mobile version of the website (so it is still best to use the desktop site when possible) but the mobile site is fully capable of letting you view most of the DPS Computing website content as well as allowing you to log into your account and leave comments.

We’re eager to get your feedback on the mobile version of the website and eager to get reports on which devices (hopefully all!) which it is functioning correctly on.  If you have any feedback please leave a comment on this page or in the forum.

Happy Mobile Browsing! 😀

  • The full site is still displayed on the iPad btw :P. Then again the iPad has a 9.7" screen.

  • Yes, that could be the reason ;-). Are you sufficiently pleased with using the full site on your iPad or would you like me to investigate if I can also create an iPad friendly version?

  • I'm glad you said that lol ;-). I thought you were going to create a lot more work for me then!!
