UK Supreme Court Refuses British Hackers Appeal

You may have recalled that yesterday we reported on the story of a British hacker called Gary McKinnon.

DPS Computing has now learned that the hacker, accused of breaking into US Government computers, has been denied the right to appeal to the UKs new “Supreme Court” as it has said there isn’t wide enough public interest.

McKinnons family are said to be devestated by the latest news and have said that he is a “broken man”.

McKinnon, who claimed to be looking for evidence of UFOs, is now continuing to await extradition to the US to face charges over there.
